下载的文件不完整或者根本不对，有可能根本不对。

你用的 tail 和 它想用的不兼容。

自己手工 tail ，从 +298 开始，生成一个 tar.gz 然后自己解压。

要在 Linux 类型的分区里面安装，而且要保证你的软件包是没有错误的（网上下载经常下来含有错误数据的文件）。
